IQ Depends on standard of life, exposure to technology and infrastructure and curiousity! India is low on all of it at the moment, but it'll increase gradually.

But then it's atleast better than the AMERICAN IQ, who are high on everything and yet so dumb :D

And moreover there's no concrete proof to your IQ quoted and moreover the IQ concept isn't quite true, for i have a very high IQ and yet i'm a jackass in studies :D

Dont get too excited. The west will rise again. And india will not boom why? this is because of the peaking of resources which allowed western nations to become rich but unlike those nations india and china dont not have cheap oil and other resources to grow like the west did in the past century. If the west feels threatened enough , they will start treating india as their enemy rather than workshop and they will declare wars on india which will invisble yet devastating
