If you'll go to our website (apexcctv(dot)com) and click on the Accessories button on the right side of the menu bar, then click on "Audio Kits", the first product there is the in-line microphone in this video.

I don't think anyone in the office is familiar with a "DVR 8304", sorry. The best bet is to get hold of the manufacturer and speak with them.
