Small business incubator OfficeBay held an open house for its grand opening Monday afternoon

Fresno, Calif. (March 8, 2011) -- Small business incubator OfficeBay celebrated its grand opening for its newest location in downtown Fresno with an open house Monday afternoon, during which the community got a look at one of the latest additions to the downtown area.
