  • Size of the tires?

  • @SuperCansir 32s

  • What intake setup do you have on it? Ive got a Offenhauser Dual-port I got used for $205, the price has now went up to $410 or so for a new one.

  • Lucky! They don't make the Offenhauser AMC manifolds anymore, do they? Anyway, I have a plain ol' Edelbrock Performer with EGR (which is currently plugged up, LOL). Much better than stock though!

  • I'm not a sound of the V8 sound but that sounds great.

  • Thanks so much for the compliment! :)

  • They climb telephone poles.

  • Sharpe looking Jeep!

  • Beautiful Jeep! that is all.

  • Those are cool rims. They even look cooler on 3/4 ton trucks.

  • love the 401 and the slot mags :)

    what bolt pattern?

I bet it's not the same bolt pattern as a YJ or XJ is it?

trying to get hold of a 401 for doing a big YJ project....looking for the perfect car at low money now

  • Nice jeep!!

  • Hey man love the jeep! It makes me want to start on mine. I have a 1978 jeep wag with a 401 and the quadratrac full-time. Its fully loaded, a/c, power everthing except the windows but the rear is electric of course. It sat for 10 years before I got it. Everything inside and out is original, even still has the factory hub caps. I paid $300 for it. Its a beast!!!

  • Aww man it sounds so sexy. I found a old AMC 401 bolted to a jeep frame at a local junkyard that i think is ganna have to get built to be put into my Cherokee. might take some shoehorning to fit it but its ganna be great.
