This video is about overriding a ATV fan switch for a Kawasaki Brute Force or any other ATV providing you get the right connectors. The following items is what I used to make the override switch:
1. 12 gauge wire. (Red for the hot wire and white for the natural.)
2. 30 amp fuse and fuse holder. (Yellow wire)
3. 2 prong rocker switch
4. Right kind of connectors to connect every thing together.

  • That's one way to do it. On my quad, (honda rancher" i just hooked one wire to the temperature sensor wire, ran it through a switch, and hooked the other end to a ground. That way, when you turn the switch on, it grounds out the switch and makes the fan come on. However, if your switch is bad, I guess you can't do that.
