Most of this chaos of unpermitted communities is made by the regime when the regime brought the Alawites supporters (specially the army recruits) build anywhere they want and people follow them too. Near Dummar, End of Maza those ghettos are built by Saraya Aldefaa and Sayaya Alseraa, they used their equipments and public materials to build these area to protect the president and his family. The result is a disaster ugly face of Syria.
