To guillaumehf : wooden paddles flex, absorbing shocks, protecting shoulder muscles to some degree. I went from aluminum, to wood, to carbon fiber. Carbon fiber is wonderfully light and strong, but when my CF paddle finally wears out or breaks, I'll go back to wood. Wood also insulates well, if you paddle in really cold weather (like back east, like snow).
Mitchell Paddle and a Dagger Outburst? What a great rig! That boat was a game changer.

Would love to be able to "virtually" take people along on my runs, too.
What camera do you use for this?
Is there a manufactured mount out there, or did you have to fabricate something?
Thanks!

Why do you use a wooden paddle to do white water ?

when using the headcam look up! I dont want to see the 4 metres of water in front of your boat!
