  • @SuperNicefield Thanks for the info. Winter temperatures get about 35 degrees here. it's about 39 degrees right now. I have them wrapped with plastic to protect them. The temperature changes so fast it may be in the 60's tomorrow. Would it hurt them to leave them wrapped for the remainder of the winter? What time of the year do you graft? Thanks a lot for your time.

  • @bottomgunner Yes you may, I have large mango tree with 2 types. I have mango nursery with over 30 kinds and am grafting many with differant types

  • can you graft a scion on any other root stock i have a friend who has a pear tree that he says is graftied onto a hichory root stock just asking

  • I have five Mango trees,of different varieties. Can you take a cutting from each one of the trees and graft it to one to produce different brands on one tree?

  • @michfisher I think as long as the first word of the scientific name matches were good. Not sure of the limitations, more reason to have a go...

  • You forgot to say why exactly did you graft the trees. Is it because it makes them grow faster or something?

    This is probably the smartest;easiest;and probably the most surefire way for your scion to graft....
