  • @Chuloloc The Black Assassin was Big Bill Tabb. He was a jobber for years with Crockett and the AWA until they decided to "repackage" him by simply putting a mask on him and calling him the Black Assassin or the Ebony Assassin. Lots of clips on YT of him in the exact same gear. There is a YouTube match of him and a pre-Bubba Rogers Ray Traylor vs. the Road Warriors.

  • Awesome. By the way, I think that the Black Assassin could actually be Mustafa Saeed from The Gangstaz. I could be wrong. Time for Part 2.

  • I remember Bugsy from his time in WWWF in 1975. Vince McMahon's dad liked to give wrestlers Irish character names (like Blackjack Mulligan, Bugsy McGraw, etc) and both he and Mulligan got their first really big breaks in WWWF (Mulligan in 1971 and Bugsy in '75). The late Ed "Bull" Gantner worked almost everywhere but never seemed to catch a break.

  • I believe his name was Tony Suber and that he had been a cop in Atlanta. Ga.

  • looks like bill

  • Does anyone know who the Black Assassin is? It looks likelongtime Mid-Atlantic jobber Big Bill Tabb.
