It has attack waves now, a slightly bitchy difficulty curve to balance out the overall shortness and compresses to about 15K. Code by guess who, graphics by Smila and music by Sean Connolly.

Coming soon to a C64 near you... in theory. =-)

(And yes, that's a new quit feature from pause that wasn't in previous versions....)

  • @inphanta: Yeah man, I noticed the lack of missiles, extra laserpower and shields as well! Those ingredients make a typical shoot 'em up like this even more fun. But it looks very good.

  • No power-ups?

  • @heavystylus Website please, i must have the cartridge, I am so proud of this effort, They released heaps of SHMUP for DC extensively while it was offically dead machine, I want to get a Super CPU to play that shooter too. I own Radiant Silvergun, Border Down and Under Defeast and boy am i proud.

  • looking good!

nice tune also for a shooter!

  • You're done and we haven't even started yet?! Darn.

    Looks superb!

  • RGCD will be handling the cartridge release, but there's no reason why it couldn't come out on disk too. In fact, I've already suggested to Kenz that after the cartridge compo has finished he could do a compilation disk - I mean, the games are only 16KB each! :)

  • Not giving it to the Kenzoid for a Psytronik Full-ship?
