If he draws blood, you won't like the shots you have to get. To test them, they need their head, and you'd still need the first shot even if he checked out ok, because it takes to long for the results. That one looks to be maybe 8 months old, just a young one. Cutie too.
I have the problem with raccoons sleeping under the hood of my car. I live in a wooded area but sprinkling cayanne under the hood and around your car will help to keep critters away

He's not rabid! They are nocturnal and he was sleeping. He appeared to be fine and not diseased.
