when you bug out food will be the most important thing and H2-0.you wount be able to lug a frekin suitcase.food water firearms amo firstaid kit.sleeping bag basicly what you would take to go camping in the wilds.I suggest going camping a few times so it wount be so alien to you.

I very much appreciate ur informational video. I wasnt even aware of menstral control items other than the traditional tampons or pads. I have myself and 2 daughters to consider options for when bugging out and this just made things so much easier. Thank u so much! Many blessings to u during ur trials as well. :)

For storage of the menstrual cup- actually, instead of a plastic bag (which has a chance of growing bacteria if there's humidity in the bag) I'd suggest a cloth bag made of waterproof-breathable fabric.I'm not aware of a product for that- but it's easy enough to sew. Also... said a prayer for you, it's nearly a year later, but every little bit, right?

Thanks for the informative vid. Luckily I had a hysterectomy a few years ago when i was 37, but I do have a daughter in her mid twenties. I agree with you, pads & tampons take up a lot of space. I vacuumed sealed boxes of sanitary napkins & tampons, yet space is an issue for bugging out. I appreciate your advise on the moon cups & will order a few ( I have an infant granddaughter that will probably need it when SHTF is here she'll be in her teens God willing)

OHMYGOD , I was really embarassed to watch this video but the womans period does exist . However you were quite clinical and so I'll live . Now when the shtf I am one of the ones that needs to survive (like you) so I can show others--good guys-- what I know , which is mainly food and water , EASILY procured in forest enviros' . But you mentioned this 'brittle diabetic' thing and now I'm not so sure of my ability to survive shtf . Nuuuurse help a brother out :) adios friend... fabian strategy .
