Historic Armenia -Turkey Pilgrimage Tour

Our tour, with Armen Aroyan as our tour director, was not a typical tour of riding busses and seeing the highlights of a country. This tour was with a small group of Armenians whose ancestors were from eastern Turkey. We visited some of the typical tour areas, however we spent most of our time visiting the villages and towns of our ancestors. Armen had many surprises for us including churches and villages which are rarely seen by outsiders. The tour included the following cities and villages. Istanbul, Izmir, Ephesus, Antep, GaziAntep, Malatya, Chotali, Arpavut, Elazig, Mezre, Husenig, Kharpert, Chemishgezek, Sahinkaya, Khulakyugh, Lije, Bingol, Dikranagerd, Diyarbakir, Arapgir, Sivas, Horsana, Ghavraz, Govdun, Erzincan, Aprank, Erzurum, Kars, Ani, Yagkesen, Mount Ararat, Van and Aghtamar.

sorry to tell you, read anthropology,(if you know what it means) armenians have nothing to do with gypsies, armenians are indoeuropeans, gypsies are not.

And the armenian culture is very rich in literature. they invented they own alphabet. while turkish used the arabic script and now they copied latin script.

The turks destroy a lot of the armenian culture.
