I'm a female and I say Rosalynn Carter has the voice of an Angel! Powerful words spoken with such a beautiful voice. She's my most respected first lady.

In 1976, Ford told New York City to "drop dead", if he was re-elected, Americans feared that Ford will show no respect to other cities in crisis at that time, thats why they voted for Carter.

Rosalynn Carter was an excellent first lady. She was gracious, elegant, literate and tireless in her causes. The current first lady (worst lady) should take a cue from her. Laura Bush- a vapid first lady if there ever was one- should stick with one cause and actually do something.
