-sigh- we as Americans have been through alot. Pearl harbor was the first yes that struck us in a place that hurt but it was rebuilt *i think* but when the twin towers went down we were struck so hard that it has takes some of us many years to finally accept what has happened. They think they can bring us down but now look at us right now we maybe in a depression but were still together as a nation and we always will be no matter what happens we are one

They all can bomb us. Attack us. Try to break us down. But we're still here. We're still American. And we'll ALWAYS be proud. God bless the U.S.A. and God bless those who think they can take being American away. That they will see that through all they've done, we're still standing. Tall and proud. Ten years... I don't know that I'll ever forget where I was when this happened, or all the emotions of that day. I'll never forget how people everywhere managed to put aside their differences and come together that day, to help pick up the pieces, or just to stand together, as Americans. And you know what? I wouldn't have it any other way. It reminded us of who we are and what we stand for. To forget that day, the people lost and lessons learned, is just... unthinkable.

@Nikalian88 oh. my. god. i love this comment. if i could like it more than once, i would. when this happened it was the day before my third birthday. i barely remember what happened, i don't remember learning about it; or being told about it. but i have the memory, etched into the back of my mind, and often, it will scream out, and it comes back loud and clear. so yes. god bless the usa. these 9/11 rememberance videos, nomatter where you are from, the uk,france,japan; anywhere, are touching. :')

when i first saw the live footage of this day i had to leave the room, i started crying. I still cant believe it happened when i was at least five, they say my generation is going to be the last to remember as well as others
