Prior to 1900, the area now known as Israel was Palestine, had, at best about 6%Jews living their, with the rest being Palestinian people
who were mostly Muslims

In 1914 Palestine had a population of 657,000 Muslim Palestinian people, 81,000 Christian Palestinian population, and 59,000 Mizrahi Jews
(including many European Jews from the first and second Aliyah)

The Jewish population in Palestine as of 1914 were under 8% of the total population, which was much smaller than the Palestinian Christian

Jews had lived in peace in Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Turkey, Libya, Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, and in nearly all Islamic countries for 2000 years

It was Zionism, not Judaism or Islam, that created the current state of ethnic hatred in Palestine

Worldwide, many Jews reject Zionism.

Dvir and Morag's bomb never went off?an Israeli policeman lucked onto their plot at the last minute?and the investigation led Israeli security officials to an underground of other radical settlers who helped with this attack and others. These settlers are part of a much larger group of far rightists in Israel?the Kahanists, who are members of Kach, the outlawed party of the late Rabbi Meir Kahane, who rose to prominence in the 1980s with his message that nothing short of the expulsion of all Arabs from Jewish land will guarantee Israeli security
