Dear Barac Obama, please forgive me for the delay in getting my personal address to you published. I am a little busy working on a legal brief for Administrative Law Judge Kay Abrahamson that hopefully she will not issue orders for Assistant Attorney General Joel Rudd to not answer.

However, in the mean time, please have a look and listen to this evidence and perhaps you could get the ball rolling with the Department of Justice I believe it would behoove and benefit that office to step in as opposed to my having to prepare and file a direct complaint.

My hands are also full now with preparing some interrogatories and coordinating for taking a few depositions of the offenders, you will see in the video footage here, and, subpoenas for Police Chief Larry Ratcliff so that the attackers can be identified and called to testify, which is where Mr. Kemp is learned to be the primary perpetrator.

Of course, the Administrative Complaint, and Expedited Appeals Process is supposed to take a maximum of 90 days in cases of abuse, even just alleged abuse through Arizonas Department of Health Services. But the good old boys and girls network out here work very hard to try and exhaust time, delay for a couple years to push past limitations, you know the game. However, the counter to that is filing a direct complaint.

The current put off has hearing scheduled for January 21, 2010. I am also waiting for answer to the objection to delay, the Sartor and Fisher subpoenas, compelling fundamental discovery of the alleged investigators documentation, the ADHS procurement office to produce certificates and all those things that no one realizes is a responsibility and public duty in Arizona. So perhaps you could as the Department of Justice to assist.

Only two of the attackers and offenders are known by identity, Mr. Mathew Fisher and Mr. Sartor, who work for Magellan Health Services of Arizona, Inc. Subpoenas have been submitted to the Office of Administrative Appeals for their appearance.

There is a huge problem with that process and the Law Judge not fully appreciating and understanding that their ruse, investigator Jeane Crane states under oath that Mr. Sartor and Mr. Fisher admitted to, is a Federal Offense under United States Code TITLE 18 PART I CHAPTER 47 § 1035 in re False statements relating to health care matters, and, that hearsay by a public employee, a Department of Health Services investigator, that reveals admissions of Federal Offenses is something that does not just go away on the right side of history.

However, some 100,000 internet and youtube users know it and so does the D.O.J. and of course it is not a public or prosecutorial option in these days of mandate to accountability and transparency that now is it? It may also benefit Ms. Westover to somehow learn of public duty to take remedial action, in directly reporting to prosecutorial authority, upon learning that federal crimes have occurred so some assistance from your administration in making a few wake up calls is also warranted.
