  • "One year earlier, Cincinnati was a last place team, and Sam Wyche was a marked man, destined to enter the rankes of unemployed head coahces. more than half of the Bengals 11 losses last year were games that had slipped away in the fourth quarter, and to many Cincinnati fans the reason was Wyche and his questionable play calling."

    - Sounds pretty damn familiar.

  • How could such such a great franchise get so screwed up? The perrennial screwup mike brown, that's how!

  • Wyche @7:58 "I'm going to Kings Island"

  • My right ear loved this.

  • Back in Riverfront...

  • Ive been to Kings Island...

  • 1988 the Bengals finally put all of that talent they had to good use. Instead of just looking like contenders on paper.

  • @iLO80

They still have most of the key players on the roster in the 1991 Tecmo Super-Bowl game... Which is by far the superior game.... Bengals have the best safety in Tecmo Super-bowl in Fulcher... Woods is still that at FB... Boomer at qb.. So it still captures that old team well...

  • @funkyflights That would be Tecmo Bowl. Tecmo Super Bowl was based off the 1991 NFL regular season.

  • That was a fun year

  • They all most beat the team of the decade in the superbowl, thats no fluke
