sorry to say this but this is the truth----- " what this dancers attempted is a true failure"-----why?....because any one who has a little bit knowledge about INDIAN dace(like me) can see its far from the true form, its no where near, Here the dancers shown only there gymnastics and speed but the class in the Indian dance was missing( means the beauty was missing),.... if you are not convinced search for some real Bollywood dance songs

@ebysamji And like I said, its not like they're professionals or anything. It was just one dance on a show. They had 7 hours to learn and rehearse it, and I say they did a pretty good job of that. Plus, they didn't choreograph it, either. They just did what they were told to do. And they did a good job of it.

To everyone commenting on this video.

First off, they didn't choreograph this, a professional Indian choreographer did. SO obviously that means it's a version of Indian dancing.

It's callled bollywood.

Second, the costume designers on the tv show (because this is a tv show called So You Think You Can Dance) picked out the costumes.

And she's wearing spankies, which are meant for dancers to wear if they have a dress as a costume, THEY ARE NOT UNDERWEAR.
