It was about 2001 and they were under the name Bullet for my Valentine (not like this guy suggested Jeff Killed John)

they USED to be called Jeff Killed Johnt, but before the Hand of Blood EP was released and after Nick Crandle left, they changed it to Bullet for my Valentine, cause they were looking for something that was "nice and nasty at the same time" (says matt in an interview on the original interactive release of Scream, Aim, Fire album :D)

in 2001? don't think so mate, they were lucky to get this. they didn't even have a full album out at the time and were just taking off!

matt sounds great!!! his voice is perfect!!!! you can definitely tell the difference in the later videos of him singing live that his voice did actually get burned out from all the screaming because his voice sounds beautiful here!!! <3
