ok to let every body know "american splits" or commonly known as right and left splits are much easier because their is less streatching of your inner thigh muscules. the "chinese splits" or commonly known as middle splits are much harder because your muscules are being torn apart. but keep streaching and you can get them. but dont streach t hard, that can make you pull a muscule and trust me, i have been doing my splits for a long time, and it hurts to pull a muscule.
Thanks for the help. I'm extremely close to doin the american splits and i've been stretching for almost a year now. EVERY ONE WHO READS THIS!!!!!!!! To let you know, you stretch better when your body is really warm. So go joggin for 5 minuts and then do 100 jump and jacks. You'll notice that it's less painfull and you get a better stretch.
ummm............... no she's not no offense. and she was clearly trying to get further down when she was bouncing.

hope you have your splits now, btw if you still dont have them and even it you do the hurdler stretch is really helpfull:)

american split is way easier than chinese split!!
and its funny cos wen ppl see me do it they look at me and feel pain and i start smiling saying how easy it is =P

i've been streching for about 2 weeks and started off at 4 inches of the ground now im only 1 inche away thanks for the tips.
