yeah I've tried breathing slowly a number of times and strangely enough it never works and I end up more worked up than before and generally end up in a complete mental break down. I dunno just my opinion.

Great advice that you've put up there on how to deal with stress... I find this method simple and easy to follow, and also one that really does not require much effort to implement but surprisingly, they worked really well... I have personally tried this method out and I must say it really helped me a great deal!
