What a stale, sterile news source the CBC has become. They don't even have what it takes to keep up to date Youtube video of their programs. Their major news shows are half weather reports with an old British babe who pretends to have a heavy accent after living for decades in Edmonton and Vancouver.
The past Liberal and Conservative governments have them so afraid they will do any thing to survive. I only hope they just give up and clear the field for more fearless journalism.

@popesnose You're free to watch other news sources if you wish. However, I personally believe that having MORE news sources gives us a wider perspective on the world.

I have been watching many other news sources. The latest is The Alyona Show. A news show out of Washington DC. Alyona Minkovski does what Peter Mansbridge and Tony Parsons might only hope to do. If only we had something like it in Canada.

@popesnose I haven't really had the chance yet to watch any programs on RT, so I can't really judge its quality. However, I will agree that several foreign news sources like BBC and AJE are much more informative than any Canadian news source.
