Why is this popping up under recent videos O.o

Arguing that police will come down hard on protesters who "break the law" was brought up after Kent State 1970. Of course, no one told the police that the riot was over and no one told the kids that the guns were loaded with actual ammo. Four kids died and one was left paralyzed.
Is that how we spread the values of our First Amendment? Both sides need to think about this, because that way lies the madness of fascism -- or the desires of the TeaBaggers. Same thing, of course.

@MissEVitale When something is done Illegaly then you can't use that as evidence, which Anon hurts us more then trying to help us.

@uriniass So its okay that the protesters break the law and get punished for doing so after several warnings. People need to realize that you'll be arrested when you break the law even if these rallies are based on non-violence,

Your right it is not the 1970's I was a young adult in the 70's, I know. We are in big trouble here in this country. if we can't get people to simply stand up & figure out how to use social media to get the word out we're in even worse shape. This is going to be a long haul but a walk in the park compared to what protesters in Egypt, Yemen and Syria stand against. We simply need to be inconvenienced those brave souls went out knowing others were brutalized and killed for standing up.
