  • From Eric Larson's tutelage, we get great animators like Andreas Deja, Glen Keane, and others. Let's give him a big hand. Thanks for posting.

  • That is the late Joe Ranft who was head of story at Pixar animation and co-director of "Cars". He was a dear friend and will be greatly missed. Joe died in a car crash in Aug 2005 at the age of 45.

  • Thanks for putting this up! What an incredible time in animation.

  • I've always felt this way about Walt . . . "He would never let anyone to pull him down to his level. When Walt wanted to go into color in his shorts it was better than black and white . . . were gonna get that much better things. He would never allow himself to be be pulled down to a base! He was always up here some place trying to pull people up to him. I know that's a heck of a challege . . . but he had the talent to do it." Eric Larson

  • I love the shot at 00:58. The Creator looking over his world!!! :) Simply magical! :)

  • Eric Larson must've been a very cool mentor for those young animators.

BTW, was that Mike Gabriel at 3:23?

  • The Last Part.
