I tried it the other day, and could not seem to get it to work.
It felt as if I was just rolling right from under my training partner. Can anyone provide any tips or pointers

Tried that tonight and it worked. Started from a spider guard and threatened a triangle and then set it up. While that is a valid guard pass, I don't see a whole lot of guys using it for whatever reason, so I got a little creative.
