Runaway - Cover by Sidekick (wesalittle)

I haven't done covers here, but I acquired an old tape from my cousin/duo partner at our last family mini-reunion(when I'd performed 'They Knew' for my aunt and uncles' 50th anniversary) .
Thought I'd THROW UP a version someone had the wherewithall to record this particular night:
February something, 1992 at the Vet's club in Havre, MT.
I was 32. Seems like I should have felt old at the time, but I
was havin' a blast after over 3 years. Now it seems like I was so young.lol

CAROL!!! Thank you!! It's so nice to hear from you! Yes, the sound quality here is rather dismal- I didn't even know this old tape existed 'til last year. I've been singing/playing for a long time (which means I should be better at both lol). I may do some other covers- I've a few in mind.

I was rather cautiously hopeful about this one. It's comical to me now to think of age 32 as young- 17 yrs ago. When I was 17, 32 sounded like a death sentence.

Nothing's too bad to film...getting someone to watch it is entirely different~ lol. Hence, this questionable portrayal. Har. You are simply...sugar! Well, sweeter. This was fun to share, mostly to lend a bit of my past to... now. Think I'll stick mostly to originals if I don't run out.
