Then what is the problem then, lots of producers hope to make the album, even Dr Dre hopes to make it, i don't see him bitching and having in panties in a bunch. If their sound doesn't fit the direction of the album it doesn't, it's nothing personal, It's Ye and Jay's project, they aren't obligated to put Premo on it. Why should Jay force feed a Premo track on his album if it doesn't fit the sound of the album, Premo beats have been cookie cutter since Moment of Truth to be honest

@usmarineoneil DJ Premier doesn't have tracks on Watch The Throne. He only sent out submissions so his work has yet to be written in stone or confirmed by Jay-Z and Kanye as of yet. Wouldn't be surprised at all if Premo didn't make the Watch Throne album being that Jay is not a reliable type of dude because he always does what he wants,when he wants, and how he wants to and his words are never golden. Don't know why Premo continues to keep his hopes tied on a string to Jay.
