I have tried many of them and they have turned out to be great.
I specially loved your Pasta recipes...
Your style of explaining is very defined.
I wanted to know if you have written any books or have a blog \/website?

Most of time on your TV show using PASTA many cooking videos are showing.
But you are not INFORMING that Pasta are Non-VEG and not vegetarian. Just like Silver foil on sweets. It good marketing for Pasta products.

expect that the vitamin c in the squeezed out cabbage will be stable- its ridiculous.
she gave the calorie count as 150cal per 3 rolls which is also equally ridiculous.
then she makes a juice using all the fruits with their skins emphasising that all viatmins are in their skins and then she strains(????!!!!) it through a minute seive before serving---oh my god.PLEASE PURVI DO SOME HOMEWORK> You're spoiling the whole show. somebody help her

i love all the cooking experts esp Janice.
but Purvi joshipura needs some real learning. she tends to tell all the wrong things on the show and i really doubt her caloric counting. PLEASE get another dietician to atelast endorse her talks.
Like todays show 3rd July- about Vitamin C- it is not heat stable- and once you squeeze the cabbage of its water- the vitamins are gone and then you steam the rolls which takes the temp to >100 degrees and then you bake them and ...
