  • i like this...real Luo it reminds of my Dad sometimes we he could with the "compact" of such.

  • @felo403 Thanks. This is your Culture, your Identity and indeed, your ancestral HERITAGE. It is now for your generation to preserve this precious Heritage by speaking and writing in Luo Language, learning Luo dance, songs and traditions and also, living like a Luo both in mind and practice.

  • Luo, is Luo, Luo is not a tribe, Luo is galagala.......Kenya is yet to comprehend

  • @polopiach I agree with you.The Luo are a people, a mystery. The more one tries to divide the Luo, the more he/she unites them for they are one and the same as the mysterious universe in its eternity that is part of nature and existence with neither a beginning nor an end. They're a renewal and reincarnation. The Luo are Luo yesterday, today and tomorrow, the Ka and Ba. That is, AnKA (I exist, I am, in the present Life) and An e Ngima ma Bang'e (I exist, I am, in the Afterlife), at the same time.

  • @adikiny One Luo friend of myn told, me that he thought my tribe the Soo'Mali are originaly from Luo's, he said children of J'omala.. but then i corrected the brother and told him that is not tha case, he thaught that because he saw me and he saw that i am tall and darkskinned, hence i am a original Fullblooded Somali man, but then again many tribes got similarities especially in east africa... but after watching this video, i do think the Somali and the Luo, used to marry each other in the past

  • Good..Let´s keep up the culture..let it never get eroded.
