yeah he is supposed to be shockwave, but Hasbro once again lost the copyright to the name shockwave, so they renamed him shockblast,
though in japan he does keep his original name, laserwave

the purple+green one is shockblast(a nutcase). he was going to be called shockwave(notice the similer design) but hasbro managed to lose the copyright to that name.
the yellow and orange one is sixshot his brother
