geez u suck. watch some effects movie (mine -no im just joking) and move ALL parts of the body, leave a leg on the ground until the body hit the ground. then make him bump and move back a bit.

TIPS: #1 you almost always move every part of the body when you're just making one simple movement, such as when the man is running, walking, punching or kicking. #2 when you're at the part of the punch where he actually punches the guy, extend his arm as far as it will extend, don't have it so bent like this >>> \/. #3 i would disable comments for this video if i were you
