what is the position called at 12 seconds right before you hit the scale?

To help with balance, hyperextend the knee on your supporting leg; just push your knee backwards as you balance, you will find it will help so much. A simple, but very effective, tip:)

Great flexibility, just remember to keep stiff, it was a bit wobbly!

Very nice flyer!! having the bases going from prep to extension must be hard on you. It was a little wobbly and fast but over all very good :)
