  • what is the position called at 12 seconds right before you hit the scale?

  • To help with balance, hyperextend the knee on your supporting leg; just push your knee backwards as you balance, you will find it will help so much. A simple, but very effective, tip:)

  • Great flexibility, just remember to keep stiff, it was a bit wobbly!
