The problem is that a negotiated peace has to be fair to last. So far, the Palestinians have never been offered a fair or just solution. Nor has Israel been open to negotiation on crucial matters of difference. A worldwide embargo of Israel, such as was applied to South Africa which led to the end of apartheid, IS the most effective way to bring Israel to the negotiating table.
