This exersize is for polarity reversal. It opens a small window of time that allows the body to accept healing of any kind. It shouldl be used before EFT or Emotional Sound Techniques for best results.If you work in the healing field and you have an exceptionally tough day this will put you back in ballance.

    The effects only last 3 hrs if you are very ill...

    Untill you feel like your body is healing it'self as it used to

    Also I highly recommend the HeartMath program if you want to dramatically assist the body in healing itself

  • Thanks for the video! I have a few questions: 1) How many times a day should you do this? 2) How long do you do this for? 3) How long does it take to notice the effects of you polarity coming into alignment, especially if you are chronically reversed?
