Como se realiza la Ricotta Forte. de origen pugliese (Italia), es una ricota estacionada por minimo 1 mes. Asi adquiere un sabor y aroma caracteristico (parecido a algunos quesos azules o al provolone). Facil de hacer, y riquisima!
