When do you suggest doing dynamic stretching. Would before working out/training/ testing and morning and night be sufficient for maximum results? Would doing more do even more good?

no a dynamic warmup is supposed to be better before anything. stretching is supposed to be for only after activity. But if you feel better stretching before im not gonna tell you to stop

a dynamic warmup is better before intense exercise and static stretching after IN THEORY. in the end if you are looser and more explosive from stretching stick with that

yea, a couple. i'd watch your deadlift, hang clean and other exercise videos for some of the tips you gave before i used them in my workouts. if it were possible to post them again that'd be cool

yeah ok. Those are actually a couple of the ones I want to remake. I'll try to get some new clips wednesday and get the videos put together before the end of the week
