Mental patient sues to be released from hospital

On January 3 1998 my sister Heather Ann Williamson (Messenger) was brutally murdered by David Messenger (her husband) & he was subsequently found "not guilty by reason of insanity". In my humble opinion the murder of Heather killed my father & certainly the murder of Heather killed the unborn child in her womb. Now the sanity commission in Connecticut are being sued by Messenger because he claims he's being discriminated against for not being released from hospital due to his mental defect. Also he has claimed that he is "better & has forgiven himself for the murder of Heather" and therefore should be released. My little sister, my brother, myself and our Mother would rather this not happen. Obviously he cannot be properly tried for this murder now but since he claims he is "better" and should be released, where is the justice for us? And then where is the justice in this world?

There is no excuse for mental defect u did something u new what u were doing or else u would not be doing that keep him in there,yea in front of his son too so sad
