This workout features exercise groups squats, deadlifts, shoulders, and calesthentics. Omniworkout generates unique workouts for is users. The combinations of exercise groups is always changing. In test we've seen no duplicate workouts in a 60 year period of 4 day a week workouts and 6 exercises per workout.

  • give slower negatives a go

    they've proven to increase strength

    remember mass follows strength and there are 3 stages of strength

    positive,negative,isometric

    e.g barbell bench press

    1 second up, pause at the top then 3-4 seconds down

    you wont fit in as many reps but ill tell you what your overall strength will show dead lift will be a good example to show this
