As a British Brass Band Tuba player I say: Keep up the good work in Canada. You sound like good Tuba Players to me.

Don't worry. China is going to drastically change the market. They've finally figured it out. Ten years ago the Chinese horns were garbage. Not any more. You can buy a very outstanding CC for less than $3000 or a very good BBb for around $2000.
Yamaha now has a factory in mainland China. There really isn't much difference in the YBB 641 and the Dillon 641. The Schiller BBb Hirsbrunner clone is pretty awesome at $1800.
But for a handmade MW, they might go for even more.
