yeah -all that rain. We were all wearing pre-punk black bin liners to keep the rain off. Somebody was giving them out in large numbers. Pity I can't remember any bands - they were all my favourites. I think I remember Jefferson Airplane failed to show up, but wish I could remember those that did.

I was there and the rain was so bad. I always remember the relief when I got in and stppenwolf played a very good set, even though there were so many big groups there

My favorite Zeppelin song, before the third album was released! I would kill to have seen that. Pink Floyd also performed at this festival. Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd on the same bill! Can you imagine how incredible that would have been? Too bad the Moody Blues couldn't perform. I hope the people who attended this festival know how lucky they are.
