  • @EncouraginTv look man, I got the six pack genetics, but the 2 extra ones under the belly are flat, no bump. = untrainable

  • @solarwile we all have 8 packs, but it depends on what exercises you do to get an 8pack, some people do have fucked up genetics causing their upper abs to be smaller than the middle and lower ones so ppl dont see and count it as an 8pack but more like 4, 6 etc. once you got a six pack, it means you got 6 sections of abs above ur belly button, the last two are beneath but you need dieting and lower ab exercises for those to be visible
