What Ann has suggested is exactly the right thing to do.

My friend, Bank of America intentionally cheats it's own customers. It's standard practice. I've had high level business contact with them on and off for over 25 years. They are pure evil. Contract or no contract, this company should be put out of business.
What about their "contract" to do business in an honerable fashion?
We're obligated to the honor system-pay back what we owe- but they are not?
As in taking people's homes without due process of law?
Fuck BofA
before they fuck you.

Damn, the 15 person I blocked today alone.

I REVOLT EVERYDAY. I do not use cards and paid th price long ago. See you suckers in my rear.

You sure are telling the TRUTH! These are some of the reasons why I am NOT wanting to REVOLT. I would much rather pay and negotiate. Yet I do need help.
I am terrified of what happens if you don't pay I know your Home Owners Insurance and Car Ins REALLY do go up.
In 2004 I had a horror story because of this and had to refinance my home (that was a good thing but) I do NOT want to Revolt, I want OUT of this Debt and NEVER get into it again.
Look forward to you helping me.
Thank You~

For everybody choosing the "debtor's revolt" path, let me know how it works out for you. Absurdity knows no limit. And I'm not one to say, "I told you so!"

Its a bit late for this. Why would anyone struggling right now even consider paying a credit card min payment with crazy interest rates? Why pay on your over valued house that had corruption from the lender to the inspector? Why pay on student loans that targeted kids with extremely high interest rates?
Why pay anything just got bankrupt.
I learned that from our government. So if you want to point fingers, time you go to the source.
Enjoy the non payment. :)

Good question, "thesef3." Why WOULD anyone consider paying a debt today, tomorrow or ever? Hmm, I can't think of one good reason to pay a debt, especially to a bank. A good revolt is needed. Good luck on the "non-payment" revolt. Let me know how it works out for you. Do you have kids or a family, "theserf3"?
