  • We cut the cedar on our family farm so it was free but it cost about $.50 a board foot to have it sawed. If you were to buy the cedar at retail I would estimate about $2 a board foot or a total of $30-40 total.

  • I found a couple of these chairs for a great deal at a garage sale this summer, reason being the paint is chipping like crazy! My chairs don't resemble yours at all but I hope they will when I get done restoring them. Just made a stop at True Value, they always have the right tools and expert, local advice.

  • beautiful!!!!!!!

  • @devildog70 There is a faint smell from areas that were in between slats that didn't get varnished.

  • how much would this cost if you built it out of cedar?

  • I really like it, and i got a bit of a laugh at the chair. It looks like its made out of bacon. lol Nice job, keep it up.

  • nice video but what is up with the deliverance banjo music?

  • Thanx for sharing I have the same plans for a Adirondack Chair I hope mine turns out this good
