Yeot(엿) is a sweet, sticky taffy made by mixing boiled grain(usually rice) with malt, which converts the starch to sugar.
You can experience the traditional method of making 'Yeot' at Gaesil Maeul Village in Goryeong, Gyeongsangnamdo Province, South Korea.
