  • Can you show mr some exercises for SI joint pain primarily on left hip

  • @madeline19591 Hard to do without other pertinent information. SIJ pain is often referred from lumbar spine and research shows a full lumbar screen/evaluation should be performed prior to treatment of the SIJ. Are you seeing a PT?
