This is my new true wet floor mopping robot work in progress. This one build in a short time using spare parts I had lying around. It's based on the Arduino as the microcontroller with custom AI code using probabilistic behavior patterns. The robot also makes use of a simple localization technique based on the limited sensor data available to it.
I will post more details and other videos of the progress soon...
@Twirretwarre , Thanks for your comment, i designed and build the little robot, it has a few infrared and ultrasound distance sensors and an arduino brain. The tricky part was in writing the software for it, this was sort of an experiment on emergent behaviour and localization. The seat idea sounds good! :). Maybe in version 2.0

Wow you made this one yourself? It is so fast and reacting so fast also. And does it have a sensor to avoid the kittens so fast? It looks like an enthousiastic little robot, haha... now you make a seat on it, so that the kittens can sit on it! hahaha, seriously, I think you did a great thing with this one.
