While Fritz Henderson wasn't as bad as Rick Wagoner he didn't move fast enough. Yeah he was much faster then Wagoner but not fast enough. Either way you look at it Fritz was going to be ousted anyway. GM's on the right track and 2010 and beyond will be very good for GM.
