Well...where I live (Ellsworth, Maine, USA), we learned about thermal expansion but we just never called it that. We learned in 5th grade that, very simply, things that are hotter expand, while things that are cold contract. It's a very fundamental concept of thermodynamics and is something that most people have experience with without knowing.

You did take physical science as a 14 year old? I did and I'm an American.

She just inflated in her suit and that monster in part 3 I hate it

Asuka is so hot!!!!!!!

@TheBlaziken437 actually america is the only country ive heard of with that system, im in greece and ive been learning physics since primary school

Not smarter necessarily. Just given more to learn. People don't understand how easy it is for children to absorb information here in America.

@TheBlaziken437 They're able to use their time and money on innovation because they barely have a military to fund.
Just saiyan-- er, saying.
Let's face it- They learn Physics in middle school because we American's just aren't as smart as them.
I mean, we devote our time to corrupted congresses and television remotes. Japan is the innovation.
Yes, I am American.

@TheBlaziken437 And of course the Japanese government is pure and incorruptible, right? Not to mention for quite some time said tv remotes were made in Japan before being outsourced to China.

@TytusTolshemLives Yep. Japan is corruptless. X)
No, I mean they got a jump start on their education.

@TheBlaziken437 It's what you insinuated. And again, they languish in terms of innovation and all of the education in the world is going to give them an imagination.
