One of Billy's goals was to develop a Charlie Chaplin character, and work for Universal Studios. He realized this ambition in 1990, when he was employed at the Universal Studios theme park in Orlando. Here, he has also played the role of Harpo Marx, and other look-alike characters. His role as Chaplin took him to major cities all over America, and to many different countries, such as Canada, England, Germany, the Bahamas, and Japan. He helped to open Japan's Universal theme park and worked there for a year.

Billy's freelance work defines him as a variety entertainer in the truest sense of the word. He has worked all over the world as a clown, mime, actor, magician, juggler, unicyclist, stilt walker, and jester. He also currently portrays Sony Bono, and Rod Stewart, in addition to his Charlie Chaplin and Harpo Marx look-alike characters.

Billy has had many wonderful experiences in his career, and has met thousands of people. A highlight in his career occurred when he met Charlie Chaplin's daughters, Jane and Geraldine Chaplin.
